This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Coaching by Cal processes and fulfills credit card payments via Stripe®. It also details our delivery and refund terms.

Coaching by Cal is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-value digital coaching experiences. This policy covers how services are delivered, what to expect regarding refunds, and how to reach our team for support.

Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally. Upon receipt of payment via Stripe, clients will receive access to the following deliverables: Personalized Fitness Plan, Biohacking Techniques, Efficient Workouts, and Support & Accountability. These services are fulfilled via email, online platforms, or scheduled virtual consultations. No physical goods are shipped or provided.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the customized and digital nature of the coaching services, refunds will not be issued once the program begins or digital materials have been delivered. However, Coaching by Cal is committed to client satisfaction and will provide ongoing support to help you get the most value from your program.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during coaching interactions will be used solely to deliver our services or respond to your inquiries. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel future sessions or discontinue their coaching relationship at any time. However, charges already incurred for delivered or initiated services will not be refunded. Cancellations of scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being marked as completed.
